My Name is Earl will not return on another network, rendering the show canceled.

After being dropped by NBC, there was much speculation that the comedy might find a home on TBS, however it was announced recently that deal could not be reached.
It is now fairly certain that My Name is Earl's run has ended for good after four seasons.
