NBC has anncouned that The Office will be returning for its sixth season on Thursday, September 17, 2009.

The Office crew at Dunder Mifflin will continue to be seen at their regular time slot, Thursdays at 9PM ET/PT on NBC. The show has continually been a solid performer for the network on this night.
