The Final Break happens July 21

Prison Break's straight-to-DVD finale will be released July 21.

Although Prison Break aired it's final episode on FOX, a 2 hour movie will be released that ties up some loose ends. The movie covers the events which occurred in between the downfall of The Company, and the revelation of Michael Scofield's death, which were skipped through in the finale of the series.

The Final Break details the arrest and incarceration of Sara Tancredi for the murder of Michael's mother, the final escape plan Michael devises for Sara, and the details surrounding Michael's death. It also reveals the ultimate fate of other key characters from the series.
