The updated soap/drama received an order for more episodes on Wednesday.

The CW has announced that it has ordered six additional episodes of Melrose Place, which is still early in its first season run. Although the show has struggled in the ratings thus far, this news comes on the heels of the announcement of Heather Locklear returning to the show in November.
