Modern Family gets a full season order
The multi-family sitcom is picked up for a full season.

ABC has given its new comedy Modern Family a full season order. Nine additional episodes were ordered, which will bring the Season One total to 22. The network also gave similar pickups to Cougar Town and The Middle, two other new comedies.
