Parks and Recreation tops up its second season
The NBC comedy received an order for two additional episodes.

In the wake of The Jay Leno Show being canceled, NBC has ordered additional episodes of many of its shows to help fill some empty time slots. Parks and Recreation was one of the shows topped up, and will now air 24 episodes for its second season instead of the planned 22.
