The long-running HBO comedy-drama is set to end with a shortened season next summer.

HBO has announced that its hit series Entourage will close out its run next summer. With the announcement comes news that the network will actually be ordering a shortened season of the show - possibly only six episodes.
Michael Lombardo, HBO programming president, is quoted as saying, "The plan right now is we'll finish up this season, we'll do a shorter order for next season, we've talked about six."
He went on to confirm that the show will definitely be ending in 2011.
