Corporate executives will once again go undercover next fall.

CBS has renewed "Undercover Boss" for a third season. The Emmy-nominated reality series will return in the fall along with "The Amazing Race", which was renewed as well for a 19th cycle.
Undercover Boss premiered a little over a year ago - after Super Bowl XLV - and ended up becoming the season's top-rated new series. This season has not quite fared as well for the show, but it is still a solid performer in the network's Sunday lineup, averaging a noble 3.2 in the adults 18-49 demo.
The premise of Undercover Boss involves taking a high ranking executive - often the CEO - from various companies and placing them in disguise among their workforce. There, they take on various positions in order to observe processes and working conditions with the ultimate goal of improving the company.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS ON TV?I LOVE! LOVE! IT. TONITE WAS REALLY GOOD!AS ALWAYS. IT SHOWS THAT THE PEOPLE WHO HAS BECAME SUCCESSFUL NEVER FORGOT WHERE HE STARTED!AND WAS WILLING TO GIVE HELP TO THOSE IN NEED. HE ALSO HELPED START THE BUISNESS FOR THE YOUNG MAN. KEEP THE SHOWS COMING PLEASE.

I miss this show after The Amazing Race on Sunday nights. "The Good Wife" is a BAD show.

My 16 year old son and I watched this show every episode and he wants to know if it/s coming back in fall of 2011. Did I mention he is special needs. Thanks hope to see the show
