Big Brother Renewed For Season 14

The popular reality series will return in the Summer of 2012.

CBS announced today that Big Brother has been renewed for a 14th season and will return in the Summer of 2012.

The early pickup comes as no surprise, as the current season concludes tonight, capping the show's most successful Summer since 2004 in both viewers and the adults 18-49 demographic.

Over its current 13th season, the show has experienced growth on platforms including on-air, online, and cable. Against non-sports competition, Big Brother swept its three weekly time periods (Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday) in viewers and key demographics, coming out on top for every broadcast.
