NBC has awarded full seasons to a couple of its new comedies early this season. The network announced today that Up All Night has been picked up along with Whitney.

Up All Night has aired three episodes to-date, impressing out of the gate with a 3.7 rating in the adults 18-49 demo for its premiere, but falling down to a 2.4 in its second airing, and further to a 2.1 for its most recent episode.

One of NBC's new comedies not picked up today is struggling newcomer Free Agents, which most recently fell to a dismal 1.0 18-49 rating, all but sealing its fate as next-in-line to be axed. The network has already cancelled one of its new dramas, with The Playboy Club being pulled from its schedule today.
