Fox today confirmed that its latest animated comedy, Allen Gregory, has been cancelled. Speaking at this year's Television Critics Association meeting, Fox's chief of entertainment, Kevin Reilly, admitted, "We will not be making any more Allen Gregory."
The short-lived series aired seven episodes between October and December 2011.
I liked this show! Its better than two of the other animations on Fox; also the ratings were nearly equal to The Clevland Show and American Dad.

Really dumb show. Along with Bob's Burgers and Napoleon Dynamite. Maybe some of these shows would have been funny back in the era of Ren and Stimpy, but not now. Instead of sending out 3 new animated shows with bare-bones financing, why not use ONE really good idea and back it with the best writers in the industry? You aren't going to replace Simpsons and Family Guy eventually with 3 smelling piles of ____.

i never post but i just had to on this site. i suspect that few of you know what comedy actually is. you are clearly americans and cant grasp the concept of sarcasm which is what allen gregory was all about. i applaud the one's that do get it.
And cylar the show isn't "cramming the gay agenda down our throats" its mocking it. do you and tom cruise share a closet? i imagine you spend a lot of time in there.

this was literally the worst animated program EVER. it was NEVER funny. in fact, most of the time i found myself resisting the urge to stab a fork in my eye while watching this lame excuse of an animation domination program. napoleon dynamite is next. fox needs to just stick to this lineup: simpsons, family guy, and bobs/cleveland/american dad rotating as new episodes are made.

Good riddance. The last thing FOX needed was another cartoon about a smart-alecky kid, much less one cramming the gay agenda down our throats during primetime. Jonah Hill should stick to making his (also terrible) movies.

Hey- Hawaii Five-O is good entertainment. It is not going to win any acting awards, but it is good.

For once I agree with a cancellation. This show was just terrible, in my opinion.
