ABC Family has stated that a movie is close to development.

Fans of ABC Family series The Nine Lives of Chloe King were understandably upset when it was cancelled midway through its first season. But while the series may not continue on television, the network has gone on record to say that a movie to continue the story is a very real possibility.
"We are actually on the verge of putting a movie into development," ABC Family president Michael Riley told Zap2it. "For us, we are always looking at the intellectual property that we're capitalizing on and making sure there is opportunity".
So while nothing is quite official at this point, it does look like a Chloe King movie could actually see the light of day.
How are they gonna cancel a show, when there we so many fans?! I think we should all sign a petition or something! I loved the season!!

Just discovered this show on Netflix instant play. Could hardly quit watching and then the last episode was a cliffhanger! I was so disappointed to find out it was canceled! I hope they go through with the movie.

ABC is losing me and my family along with their sponsors. Who ever canceled this show knows
nothing about viewers and will stay a 3rd rate company.

yayyyyy!!!!! i really liked that show and the last episode was a HUGE cliffhanger and it wasn't fair for them to just cancel it mid season. if they aren't going to bring it back then it's good that they are considering making a wrap up movie because they need SOMETHING to wrap it up! Pleaseee make a movie, i really want to find out how it ends!!!!!!!!
