Breakout Kings Cancelled After 2 Seasons

A&E will not continue with the action drama.

A&E has cancelled Breakout Kings after two seasons on the air. The news comes just two weeks after the show's second-season finale.

Breakout Kings, which followed U.S. Marshals working with convicted criminals to track down prison escapees, was originally passed over by the Fox Network back in 2010 and subsequently picked up by A&E after lengthy negotiations. The series ends after 23 episodes over two seasons.

totally stupid. Why is it when a seriously good show is finally aired, the idiots that be cancel it. Never fails... Best show on!

I never Blog, however Breakout Kings should go on as long as Law and Order as far as I'm concerned. The problem isn't the show, it's the lack of advertising OF THE SHOW!!! I stumbled across it on Netflix but never knew when it was on or even what channel because I never saw a commercial for it like I do for a lot of other lower quality shows that advertise their a$$e$ off. I know my one opinion won't change anything , however this show should definitely not be cancelled.......just start letting more people know how awesome it is so it can GET more ratings!!!

Just found Breakout Kings and find that it was canceled for season 3, this sucks royally. Why are all the good shows canceled and bad ones stay. I hope someone will bring this show back. Never mind earning 5 stars, I think it earns 10 stars. Worth the watching.

NOOOO! You have canceled BREAKOUT KINGs?!? One of the BEST shows on TV. I was so looking forward to the new season... Until I just saw a preview for GRACELAND and saw my girl was on a new show.... Seriously pissed and sad... Damn.

This was one of the few good new shows that has came out and seriously can't believe you cancelled it! Love Breakout Kings! Bought the first season and watched every show! It was great! Probably won't be watching A&E anymore! Dumb move what did you replace it with a stupid reality show or what!

This sucks bad. Not the show, the cancellation. My piss was brought to a boil the moment I heard it was taken off... and I am the #1 fan, memorized every actor, prison, character name, episode name and have seen every episode inside and out the first night primeired and at least 4 times after.

Very upset! Breakout Kings was one of my favorite shows! That was the only show that I watched on A&E. The cast was great! Loved all of them! I hope another network will pick the show up because I will be there!!
