CBS announced today that NCIS: Los Angeles has been renewed for a sixth season. The popular spin-off series continues to be a top performer for the network, and has remained the #2 drama on television for fourth straight year.
Today's announcement by CBS included renewals of 18 primetime shows for the 2014-2015 season. Other dramas receiving pick-ups today include NCIS, The Good Wife, Criminal Minds, Elementary, CSI, Hawaii Five-0, Blue Bloods, and Person of Interest.
UPDATE: Season 6 of NCIS: Los Angeles will premiere on Monday, September 29, 2014 at 10:00pm.

Was about to have anxiety attack thinking NCIS Los Angeles was cancelled. Need my fixes of NCIS. All of them are important. Please do not cancel any of them.

Glad to see NCIS Los Angeles renewed, but would like to see earlier time slot-us young oldes need to get some sleep early--but will probably stay up.

Glad to see it is renewed but doesn't surprise me. Both NCIS's are great. Can't wait for the new NCIS New Orleans later this year I've been hearing about.
