USA Network announced today that Mr. Robot has been renewed for Season 2. The good news came ahead of the freshman drama's series premiere this evening. Response from the pilot episode, which was previewed early on various digital platforms, has been overwhelmingly positive thus far.
USA has ordered 12 episodes for Season 2 of Mr. Robot, which will air in 2016.

Nope - This is no where close to the average cop show, cops were barely even involved especially not to further the main story.

I saw it a month a go,, they put it up on there site, there was no need to torrent. Great marketing,, people like me must of told at lest 10 friends. I was a walking billboard 2 weeks a go.

... just another "cop" show with a trendy twist. Pilot was average at best. I think USA is stretching to renew this so early.

I enjoyed the pilot for this show but jumping to renew for season 2 this early in the game is shocking. Looking forward to what's in store and let's hope that it's a good ride!
