'Shameless' Renewed For Season 7

Showtime announced today that Shameless has been renewed for a seventh season. The long-running drama is still going strong, with its recent Season 6 premiere episode ranking as its most-watched season premiere ever.

Season 7 of Shameless will air later this year, and will once again run for its typical 12 episodes.

Shameless does a great job of branching storylines to accommodate plot progression and character development. I am happy to see Shameless get a 7th season. The UK-version was/is god awful, imo.

This show went down the tubes. This season's premier episode sucked. The should've wrapped it up a year ago.

Best show on tv -- probably due to it's "screw the censors" freedom.
