TV Land announced today that Lopez has been renewed for a second season. The freshman comedy, which is loosely based on the life of comedian George Lopez, is getting ready to wrap up its debut 12-episode run later this month.
No word on the number of episodes planned for Season 2 of Lopez, but a 2017 return appears likely.

.. so far.. the best of any show named after George Lopez even though he's clearly an egomaniac :) Seriously, George... do a show WITHOUT you name in the title.

I like this show it's funny and I love George Lopez happy it's been renewed
