As it did in 2014, CBS announced today that Big Brother has been renewed for another two seasons - its 19th and 20th. The popular reality show continues to dominate the summer, consistently winning its time slots and having all three of its weekly episodes rank in the top 5 programs among adults 18-34.

Today's news comes one week after the first-ever digital edition of Big Brother was announced exclusively for CBS All Access, the network's streaming video-on-demand service. That version of the show will act as an extension of the brand, with a shorter run in the fall and tweaks to its format, rather than an official season.

Julie Chen will be staying on as host of Big Brother, for both the digital edition and Seasons 19 and 20. Look for Season 19 next summer, with Season 20 airing in the summer of 2018.
