The comedy will return in 2018.
May 25, 2017
HBO announced today that Veep has been renewed for a seventh season. The good news comes one month ahead of the veteran comedy's sixth-season finale on June 25, which wraps its first season under new showrunner Dave Mandel.
The veteran Julia Louis-Dreyfus series continues to be a strong performer for the cable network, maintaining healthy viewership numbers and garnering critical acclaim including an Emmy Award win last year for best comedy series.
Look for Season 7 of Veep in 2018.

Trump is AWESOME! Thank goodness we finally have a President who actually how to take care of our country. VEEP is such an amazing show and I'm so excited that they are going to continue making this show.

Wow another season, I'm not really into Veep this time round, I dont think you can trump, Trumps absurd Presidency. I think we are missing out on the funniest reality sidcom ever 'Welcome to Tumps White House." Just think of the delicious moments of satire we are missing. Hey was Anna Chlumsky pregnant this season? As if that was obvious.

Love Veep! Was fairly sure that it was going to get cx'ed like every other show I love. It's seriously depressing...but with Veep getting renewed, the clouds have parted a tiny bit. My only complaint about Veep—need more episodes per season! If I can watch an entire season of a show in one afternoon, it's just too short!
