AMC announced today that Ride with Norman Reedus has been renewed for a third season. The motorcycle-enthusiast travel series premiered last year with a 6-episode summer run that averaged 800,000 total viewers with 434,000 in the adults 25-54 demographic. Today's pickup comes two months ahead of the show's Season 2 premiere, which is scheduled for Sunday, November 5.

Norman Reedus, who stars as fan-favorite Daryl Dixon in The Walking Dead, combines his love of motorcycles and traveling as he takes viewers on the open road to experience amazing places and their local cultures. Special guests join Reedus on his adventures, and the first episode of the upcoming second season will feature Reedus' Walking Dead co-star Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who plays Negan on the zombie thriller.

Look for Season 3 of Ride in late 2018 or early 2019.
