Netflix announced today that its new series Dark has been renewed for a second season. Premiering earlier this month, the show is the first-ever German-based original on the streaming service.
After making its first appearance at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival, the mystery thriller started generating a lot of buzz for its captivating storytelling and unexpected plot twists. That momentum has carried over to Netflix, where it has already become one of the streamer's most-watched completely non-English series.
Set in a small German town, Dark's story follows the disappearance of two young children, which ends up exposing the dark past of four families searching for the kids. The investigation reveals an intricate puzzle with supernatural elements that connects a web of curious characters to the town's troubled past.

Well I actually like it. It's a little slow, but it's going to an interesting place. Now I wanna see what happens next.

Have watched 6 episodes.It is interesting but has a few loopholes that I've caught.

It's German.. who cares. Netflix renews everything for at least 2 seasons whether it's total garbage or not.
