Fox announced today that So You Think You Can Dance has been renewed for a 15th season. The veteran dance competition will shortly begin auditioning contestants aged 18-30, sticking once again with its traditional adult age range - a trend that was bucked in 2016 when the show tested out child dancers for one season.

The Emmy Award-winning SYTYCD has been a reliable performer for the network over the course of its run. While ratings in recent years are not what they once were, format changes such as the elimination of a separate results show in 2012 have kept it on the air now for over a decade.

Long-time fans can look forward to a new group of performers ready to show off their skills in a wide variety of dance styles. Returning for Season 15 will be longtime host Cat Deeley as well as the same judging panel as last year, consisting of Nigel Lythgoe, Mary Murphy, and Vanessa Hudgens.

Look for Season 15 of So You Think You Can Dance to premiere this summer.
