CBS announced today that Life in Pieces has been renewed for a fourth season. The good news comes days ahead of the comedy's Season 3 finale, which airs with two back-to-back episodes on May 17.
The half-hour series has continued its its solid performance on Thursday nights, airing behind Mom, which has already been picked up for a sixth season.
Life in Pieces follows three generations of the Short family, with each episode telling separate short stories that each focus on a different group of the clan.
Look for Season 4 of Life in Pieces to premiere as part of CBS' 2018-2019 lineup this fall.

I watch this off and on. I'm usually pleased with the show. But it can be disappointing episode to episode.
I remember watching the pilot and being so impressed with Giselle Eisenberg. She was probably 7 years old and was such a believable actress. She didn't simply parrot lines that had been drilled into her a minute earlier, she played the part.
Hopefully she won't suffer the fate of many child actors and goes on to a very rewarding career.

So happy this show got picked up. This is One of the best comedy shows today! Every character is both unique and hilarious in their own special way.

Enjoyed the first Season somewhat but i suppose i got bored/over the show after re watching Modern family. MF might not be as good as it once was but it still beats this Cringe fest.

I stopped watching in the first episode from this past season, season 3, when they won the lottery & then it was just fake... I was done
