The comic-based drama will begin its final run next month.
November 18, 2019
Hulu announced today that Marvel's Runaways will be ending after its upcoming third season. The news arrives ahead of the action drama's upcoming Season 3 premiere on December 13.
The series premiered in late 2017 as the streaming service's first comic book-based original. At the time it was one of quite a large slate of Marvel-based fare across various TV platforms, but with recent cancellations across the genre, it is now one of just a few that remain.
Set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel's Runaways follows six teenagers from different backgrounds who discover that their parents are involved in nefarious activities as part of a shadowy organization. With this knowledge, they band together as a way to atone for their parents' sins and learn more about the secrets of their origins. Fans and critics alike have praised the show for its faithfulness to the comics and balanced storytelling.
The final 10 episodes of Marvel's Runaways are scheduled for release on December 13. Season 3 is expected to give fans a satisfying ending to the story with a proper conclusion.

Didn't take long for some idiot to make this political. Dude, it's TV. Stop pushing agendas when there's none needed.

Nor surprise there.
Disney is reigning everything in that it has bought over the last few years. I guess having a few cable channels isn't enough, they need the paid-for streaming service.
... and they make it all Leftie PC.
Bonkers

Hmmm... disney is even attacking its own alternative streaming services for that stupid disney+? What a despicable company. Now that Doctor Who is gone, and disney took over Star Wars too, all of my childhood fandom is now officially over. I didnt really care for Runaways, but its still kind of depressing, but maybe its time. I guess on the bright side, ill now have time and money to spend on myself now... R.I.P...

I mean this isn't really a new announcement. Even blind people who heard the news about all the Netflix shows and C&D new this was happening. I just think it's a hilarious that they marketed they C&D crossover and now it just means absolutely nothing.
