CBS announced today that The Unicorn has been picked up for a second season. The good news comes seven weeks after the comedy's freshman finale. The show put in a solid performance in Season 1, garnering generally favorable reviews and decent ratings.
The Unicorn follows a father of two who has been dealing with the loss of his wife for the past year. With help from his tight-knit group of friends, he has decided to start dating again and learns that he is a hot commodity with women. His attractiveness, employment status, and track record with commitment make him a "unicorn" and highly sought after.

Walton Goggins is awesome! So glad renewed. My favorite episode that I had to rewatch because I just found so funny was when Ben(Omar) offered to take over anniversary party and supply the food and he didn't order/get enough and all the guests were getting drunk with no food to absorb the alcohol!

I watched a few episodes and then lost interest. Always liked Walton Goggins though, he's a good actor. CBS I agree with other commenters...why keep this and cancel Tommy?

This makes up for Carlol & Tommy being canceled. I did not think I would like this show but I love it!!

This show is awful. And yet you cancel carols second chance and Tommy. Do you drink or something else when making this horrible decisions?
