A drama following a forensic anthropologist with an uncanny ability to read clues left behind in a victim's bones.
Inspired by real-life forensic anthropologist and novelist Kathy Reichs, Dr. Temperance Brennan is called upon to assist law enforcement with challenging murder investigations when the discovered remains are so badly decomposed or destroyed that the standard identification methods are useless.
Brennan teams with Special Agent Seeley Booth, a former Army sniper who disagrees with the use of science as a primary way to solve crimes. While Brennan and Booth clash both professionally and personally at first, they come to develop a chemistry that grows over time and makes them a formidable team.

CAME ON THIS SHOW BY ACCIDENT AND WATCHED EVER SINCE .A REALLY GOOD COMBINATION OF INTELLECTUAL INFORMATION AND HUMOUR HOPE IT LASTS GOOD INTERESTING ENTERTAINMENT .

I've watched every episode of Hannibal, Stalker, The Following, AND Bones. I occasionally watch an episode of Simpsons. "Why is this show still on?" Because apparently it's a better show than the others, duh. The real question is: Why is Season 11 only 6 episodes long (as opposed to the 13-25 episode run of the first 10 seasons)?

This show has jumped the shark. And not just any shark...A Great White. There have been so many likeable characters that have come and gone that I've lost track. After trying to watch it a few weeks ago, I just lost interest and changed the channel to something else..... and I won't look back. .

Hey it's our diety delivered right to complain, you don't like something, "sound off" ... conversely the same goes for when you do like something. Me ... I love Bones and all the characters, that last RETRO episode was great ... keep up the good work . My opinion !

I agree with you, Sage.... The "Rush Limbaugh" story line reference annoyed me because it was so blatantly Left. As a viewer, I'm sick of liberal Hollywood trying to convince the audience that they are the true and righteous party. Can't they just put their energy into a good story instead of pushing their liberal agenda? Ugh.

Haven't missed a show since the very beginning, but removed it from my DVR schedule two weeks ago. I knew the cast is Hollyweird liberals, and it was set in perhaps the most liberal city in the US....But, I adhere to the old saying...."Shut up and sing." If they want to turn the show into a left wing political propaganda broadcast, then have at it....I, nor my wife will ever be back.
