A 2008 update of the 1982 original series of the same title about a talking car that helps fight crime.
The story takes place 25 years after the original Knight Rider. Mike Traceur, the estranged son of Michael Knight, decides to follow in his father's footsteps and fight crime.
Mike becomes the driver of KITT, an artificially intelligent car, and along with the daughter of the scientist who designed it, becomes the new champion of Knight Industries.
