From Mark Burnett, this competition series takes selected candidates from around America and gives them a chance to win positions at some of the country's most prestigious companies.

Each episode features five hopefuls who participate in various elimination challenges before a panel of executives from the selected company in hopes of landing their dream job. Representatives from three guest companies in related fields will also have the opportunity to make an on-the-spot offer to a candidates, who must then decide if they want to accept the offer or remain in the running for the featured job.
