In this dark, reimagined version of The Wizard of Oz, 20-year-old Dorothy Gale and a K9 police dog are swept up into a mystical land in the blink of a tornado's eye.
In this world far removed from her own lies competing realms, dark magic, and lethal warriors engaged in a battle for supremacy. This unsuspecting young woman must now navigate this new, dangerous land, on the road to finding her true destiny.

Please we need Season 2 of Emerald City there is so much that has to be told. It's the best show in a while for the adult viewing. Please consider this show for another season!

Already miss the show. As wizard of is was my favorite story growing up and acting out with my grandpa I am enthralled and in love with this show. Keep it and renew it let it get the ball rolling to pick up more people.

Emerald City is well written and keeps us wondering what the next episode will bring. I have missed it on Fridays. Come on NBC give this great show a chance.
