A prequel spin-off of comedy "Black-ish".
Rainbow Johnson looks back at her early years growing up in a mixed-race family in the 1980s, after her parents moved them from a hippie commune to the suburbs to provide a better life for their family.
As her parents struggle with acclimating to their new life, Bow and her siblings navigate a mainstream school in which they are not seen as black or white - leaving them with the constant dilemma of whether to assimilate or stay true to themselves.

I am very sad about this one. I’m not sure I see why this show would be cancelled, but I guess it is okay. I guess doing a second ‘ish spin off was a bit much, but this show was great. Oh well, with this and Black’ish going a way, I am looking forward to what Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross has to come.

The concept was good but when Denise & Harrison became the moral authority of the show, it was not believable.

@Don.. Trey Kennedy could so totally pull off a show called "white-ish.... Look him up on facebook. He recently did a "white friends being cool" or something like that. It was hilarious.
I LOVED THIS SHOW!!!! I love "pre-quals". I never watched Big Bang Theory but LOVE Young Sheldon.. go figure.
Every freaking thing I watch gets cancelled... this is ridiculous.

While I'm a fan of "black-ish", this show hasn't looked good in the promos I have seen.
