That's right. Take a show that's only aired 13 times, and is trying to find it's niche with viewers, and has an attractive cast (save maybe one of its male stars) and cancel it. I know what you can do...replace it with "The Real Housewives of Lower Slobbovia". No wonder ABC's ratings are the lowest of the four major networks, and are again fourth in the important 18-49 demographic. Way to go, guys. Keep up the bad work !

No surprise on the cancellation.
Montgomery was a complete disaster.
No one wants to see an out of shape, aging, has been try and fail every episode.
Otherwise a good cast, plot, location.

Renee, since we’re all adults here, let’s be brutally honest — most Renee’s, just like babies, are not actually attractive. In fact, they’re weird and freakish-looking. A large percentage of them are squinty-eyed and bald and their faces are all mushed together, kind of like Renée Zellweger pushed up against a glass window.

I enjoy this show and Poppy is always easy on the eyes but did they absolutely have to do that stupid me-too who-shot-JR cliffhanger thing? If the show is good, which this one is, viewers will come back. You don't need some idiotic cliffhanger gimmick to get people to return. Now the blogs and so-called news media are going to hyperventilate about how "everyone is talking about it" and "viewers are sitting on the edges of their chairs waiting for it to come back". No one is doing that, they're all living their lives as normal and if the show is good enough, they'll be back when the show comes back.

DaleC and Steve S. Wow. Body shaming went out with knuckle dragging Neanderthals, Which I am assuming you both are. Based on ur assessment, I hope there’s no one in your life that ever gets older or puts on a pound. Just because she doesn’t look like a Botox Barbie doll doesn’t mean she looks anything less than beautiful. And as far as fat, do you want her to look like a 12-year-old child? Horrified that there are two individuals still out there in the year 2019. This type of ignorance will only be defeated if we keep educating !
