TLC has announced that "Cake Boss: Next Great Baker" has been renewed for a second season. Currently in its first season, the show will air a special 90-minute season finale on Monday, January 24 at 9:00pm.

Look for Season 2 of Next Great Baker to premiere in late 2011.
