ABC has cancelled Mr. Sunshine along with six of its other shows in a barrage of moves by the network today. Also gone are Brothers & Sisters, V, No Ordinary Family, Off the Map, Better With You, and Detroit 187.

Mr. Sunshine premiered in February of this year and was Matthew Perry's first foray into television sitcoms since Friends. The show aired a short nine-episode season but never really caught on in the ratings.

While its debut roared out of the gates with a 3.7 in the important adults 18-49 demographic, it slipped in later airings - dropping as low as 1.4 in its second-to-last episode. The series concluded on April 6.
