TNT is bringing back the caper drama for 15 new episodes in 2012.

TNT has renewed drama Leverage for a fifth season, which will consist of 15 episodes. The show, which follows a gang of unsavory characters who act as modern-day Robin Hoods, is closing in on this season's summer finale which airs August 28.
Leverage is the latest TNT series to receive an order for a new season. Rizzoli & Isles was picked up for a third season last week and Falling Skies earned a second season back in July. In its fourth season, Leverage has actually seen an increase in its ratings.
"While many shows decline in their second, third or fourth seasons, Leverage has defied the odds and continued to climb," said Michael Wright, network executive vice president, in a press release. "More and more viewers are discovering this weekly joy ride through wonderfully complex schemes and con games, all brought to life through smart writing, sharp directing and a terrific cast."
Season 5 of Leverage is scheduled to kick off next Summer.

I work crazy hours and never heard of this show before.but I came across some repeats late one night and was up till 3 am watching just coul'nt stop. I love all the actors and havealways been a big fan of Timmothy Huttons.but I love the entire cast. Hope it does'nt get cancelle. Getting tired of all the shows that are all the same finally a show that is different.

This show totally rocks!! I love it and have turned on family and friends to it and they love it as well. There are only a few shows to watch and this one leads the pack hands down. It's action-packed, witty, funny, the writing is first-rate and the way they take a complex scheme to solve a difficult problem and make it look easy-one word-AWESOME!!!

Excellent show i love to watch and great it got renewed, episodes are clever, like the "office" at the greeting card company.

I am so hooked that I have almost every episode recorded on my dvr! I watch them everyday....some of my favorites are "Beantown" "The Wedding" and "San Lorenzo" but my all time favorite is "The Maltese" That's when Sofie has to come to her man rescue! if I were to pick a favorite character it would have to be "Elliot" He was born for that role....and we all know "Nate" is the man!!!!!

Thanx TNT. So happy you renewed Leverage. Really 'LOVE' this show. The characters relate well with each other and the cons are unique and entertaining. Nate is my favorite. I own all the DVDs.

I truly enjoy Leverage and have since the Pilot. I'm delighted it's coming back for another season. Good, clean, entertaining shows are few and far between. I appreciate when the decent shows are allowed to continue.

So glad to hear Leverage is coming back for a 5th season! I just discovered the show in the last few months on reruns. I am not crazy about it. Networks cancel shows too soon. Although I had seen Leverage advertised, just didn't have time to get into the characters. My husband and I didn't start watching Seinfield until it's 6th season, and that was because we went Cancun and it only had one English speaking station, so not much in choices. Grew to love it.

I love this show! I dvr'd the reruns so when ever I want to watch, laughing at times and crying at the others..
And kudos for Christian ~ I have followed all you shows ever since Second Hand Lions. Plus I'm from LA and worked at the Rainbow, and if it was a slow night I would have someone cover me, so I could pop in the Viper. You are so talented with your training in fighting but you singing just touches everyone's hearts.
I'm not a physical, it's up on Sunset that a bunch of would make bets on who would get picked up soon.. Thanks for the 500.00

Just discovered this show on Netflix and love, love, love this show. Glad to hear it has been renewed.
