FX has renewed motorcycle drama for a sixth season.

FX drama Sons of Anarchy has been renewed for a sixth season. The news comes along with reports that the show's creator has also been inked to a new three-year deal.
The last new episode of the series was its fourth season finale, which aired December 6, 2011. It was renewed for a fifth season last October but a premiere date has yet to be announced. It is expected that new episodes will return later this year.
Update: Season 6 of Sons of Anarchy will premiere on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 10:00pm ET/PT with a special 90-minute episode.

As a Harley Biker for 45 years, I find Sons of Anarchy to be the most correction depiction ofnoutlaw bikers ever produced! Albeit it dramatized .

Please do not EVEN CONSIDERED CANCELING THIS SHOW. I have lived the biker lifestyle for over thirty years and finally there's a show that's right on. Having the Hells Angels as advice fivers is pure genious. In the past all biker shows shoes every bad thing any club had ever done in a two hr period giving all bikers a bad name. You show the reality. Yes there is always some illegalities but the love and camaraderie is always lost in movies. Bikers donate a fortune going on runs for different needs groups. There are tens of thousands of chapters of patch holing clubs all over the world. Let us enjoy what's close to real and don't cancel. EVER, PLEASE.

sons of anarchy is by far the best show i have ever watched and now im hanging in barley waiting for the new episodes if the show ever canceals it will be the most terrible thing ever

SOA has really gotten "bloody", and Jack is ruthless and a real killer. Program makes you pull for the bad guys --- SOA --- killers, drug and gun runners, etc., but gotta love em. I'm pulling for them and hope it goes to seven seasons.

They better renew my show I will come out there and kick some ass and then have them committed for insanity soa is the best show ever if they want to keep their ratings up they will keep soa going for a long time I can think of alot of things they could do to keep it on to at
least season 12

Season 5 just started in the uk cldnt wait for it to come on everywk I'm addicted so bot season 5 on DVD and I watched the lot in a week so wld just like to no when's season 6 out I'm having withdrawal symptoms HUGE SCOTTISH FAN x

The best show ever.... I look forward to it every week. And when it's "off" I watch it over again, just to catch things that I missed before. Hope they keep it on for a long long time.

I'm glad to see that season 6 has been picked up. I keep hearing that they have cancelled the show. I think they would be making a big mistake if they cancel this show.
