Fox has cancelled freshman drama The Finder, which will air its final episode this Friday, May 11. The series premiered in January as a mid-season replacement on Thursday nights at 9:00pm. After unimpressive ratings over its first seven airings, the network moved the show to Fridays to burn off its remaining six produced episodes.
Also cancelled by Fox today was freshman series Alcatraz.

The Finder was a great show! Bring it back! Could become cult classic like Magiver. A lot of interesting characters! A good feeling show that is not sappy, holds your interest, and is smart. Shows theme song is what ruined it. Annoying, and doesn't reflect the weight of the show. Thanks for listening!

I am so sad that The Finder was not continued. It was a GREAT show. Made me laugh. A rarity in shows these days. Bring it back!!!

Bring back The Finder it was the best show. I saw it on Bones

Fox made a mistake The Finder was really a good show.
The really excellent show is no contest it is Bones
everyone I know loves Bones and lots of them have seen the Finder and loved it also.

Here's a show that is different from the humdrum usual detective stories,
I think it was unfair of fox to not give this a couple of seasons, as I have just found this series in June of 2013 and I absolutely love it,
I hope Fox reconsiders and brings this series back, we need something a little different!!!

If you find yourself watching a show on Fox and you think to yourself "WOW! This is a great episode!" then that show has a 9.7 out of 10 chance of being cancelled. Fox is not the only network controlled by millions of monkeys in a room with typewriters but they are the greediest. We must band together and tell Fox how much we hate shows like the Finder and then maybe we have a chance at saving one or two. (R.I.P. - firefly, sarah connor chronicles, dollhouse, drive, the good guys, etc)

Loved the show. Too bad the ratings weren't there. I agree with above comments, it most likely will be replaced by garbage.

That was a good show. Now that Leo (Michael Clarke Duncan) just passed away, there is no way they would never bring it back. Sooo Bummed...RIP Mr. Duncan.

Due to the recent and unfortunate loss of Michael Clarke Duncan, The Finder wouldn't be able to be brought back without some major retooling. Such a gifted man to go too early.
