The Ashley Judd drama will not be back next season.

ABC has cancelled Missing, the Ashley Judd drama about a mother whose son mysteriously disappears. The show premiered as a mid-season replacement back in March but stumbled out of the gate, failing to amass a substantial weekly viewership.
It has so far aired nine of its 10 ordered episodes, with the series finale set for May 17, 2012.

It's too bad you cancelled one of the best shows on TV. Most of the shows now are garbage reality shows. This show had good writing, a good plot and good actors. There is not much left to watch...may as well go back to reading. Just junk on TV.

Another great show cancelled by the nimrods at ABC. What are they thinking, that kind of stupidity is usually done by NBC? A really well acted and written show, action where it was needed and the best part, it had a PLOT! Sorry we won't see what happens. Oh Well, maybe they have a new reality show that I will be forced to not watch...

Yes this is very disappointing. They keep junk and cancell Missing.
This was a truely action packed show that kept viewers on the edge of their seats every week. I recorded each episode on season one. It appealed to audiences from all all ages. I felt like I was watching a continuation of a movie each week.
Maybe another network will pick it up. I don't think a lot of people knew about it and would watch it if it was rerun.

Missing was one of the best shows ever! Why would you cancel this show? Everyone I know loved it, couldn't wait till it was on again! Ashley Judd was great in this show!!! It kept you on the edge of your seat! Maybe some other network will pick it up! I hope and I will be watching it, if they do!!!

sOOOOO disappointed that Missing has been cancelled. It was well written, intelligent and had great action....and something called a "plot!" Does anyone remember those?
There are so few scripted shows now. I can't stand all the reality TV idiocy out there. WHY do people watch that stuff???!!! Bring back MISSING!!!

Missing was great exciting show to look forward to. As far as viewers not everyone knew about the show yet. People I know would have watched it if they knew what it was and when it was on. Give it another season it will get more viewers. Please someone pick it up.

That's sooo disappointing... I watch very little tv but this was one show I could not miss! I told soo many friends about it and they all became hooked too. Please reconsider...the sights were beautiful and the suspense of who was really the good guy was great!
