The Ashley Judd drama will not be back next season.

ABC has cancelled Missing, the Ashley Judd drama about a mother whose son mysteriously disappears. The show premiered as a mid-season replacement back in March but stumbled out of the gate, failing to amass a substantial weekly viewership.
It has so far aired nine of its 10 ordered episodes, with the series finale set for May 17, 2012.

I went to the Philippines for 3 weeks last Apr 3-24 and die not know that "Missing" got cancelled! WHY????? I totally enjoyed this program and Ashley Judd's acting was superb? We are so tired of reality shows....please bring back MISSING!!!!

This was my family's favorite show. We could hardly wait for the next episode. I am so sick of reality shows. Reality shows are evidence of the dumbing down of Americans. I'm also sick of hearing that a show is quickly dumped unless only young people watch it. Who do you think has more money to spend on advertised products, an 18 year old or a 50 year old? Also, I never watch a show live. Everything is recorded. Shame on ABC...a dumb decision.

I love missing!!!!! Who decides what's cancelled.... I totally love the show ... The way it ended I thought for sure season two... I'm sooooo sand!

Giveit a chance. Missing had great writers. Find a better timeslot and advertise the show with better marketing

I loved it - the adventure, the travel, the suspense. Please reconsider and do not cancel.

I can't stand tv execs any more. They have a great show where people couldn't wait to see what would happen the next episode and they cancel it. This was as good or better than 24. Really bad dumb decision.

ABC messed up big with this one, love that show and Ashley Judd hopefully their loss will be another networks gain.

Loved this show.. Great characters. Please cancell one of those boring. Reality shows that are overflowing network programming. You don't give shows a chance, to build their audiences. Give missing one more season

I CANNOT believe this show was cancelled!!!!!!!!!!! One of the best new shows in years! I agree with previous posts...drop a reality show and bring this back!!!

I'm sorry to see that MISSING is being cancelled after the 1st season. This is a really good show that you could hardly wait to see what happens the next week. There are so few good series on TV any more. To bad.
