The new series has been pulled after just three episodes.
March 2, 2013
ABC has cancelled freshman thriller Zero Hour after a mere three episodes, pulling the series from its schedule effective immediately. The show struggled out of the gate, premiering to a lowly 1.4 adults 18-49 rating, which is the network's lowest-rated in-season scripted debut in its history. Things got worse from there with it dropping to a 1.0 this past Thursday, sealing its fate.
ABC will air repeat episodes of Shark Tank in its 8pm Thursday time slot until Wife Swap takes over the spot on March 21.

ABC I am a big fan of this show and most of the shows in your network. This was really an exciting show. Just got my family into watching this show. PLEASE PLEASE bring it back and give it a chance. Don't be cruel and leave us hanging! I can't believe you cancelled this show for Wife Swap.

Shame on ABC!!! Zero Hour is a great show. I really got into the mystery. I agree with other viewers, it did not have a chance to catch on and I know of would have. There hasn't been a show that grabbed me so quickly in a long while. It would be great if it returns with the original cast!

I can not believe they cancelled Zero Hour! My husband, teenage son, and myself were really getting into the show. I am so tired of reality shows getting more ratings then a good mystery show.

Zero Hour offered an interesting plot and was a quality show. Reruns of Wife Swap and Shark Tank? Really? Never watch them. ABC's Zero Hour pulled me in as a viewer. I did not know it had been cancelled until I started searching to find when it would return. Who knows these days when networks air three episodes and then you don't see another new episode for a month. It's no wonder people are turning to alternative viewing options when networks pull stunts like this. Zero Hour was more interesting with each episode, offered likeable characters and created a suspenseful ending to each episode, leaving the viewing wanting to tune in the next week. ABC needs to give Zero Hour the hype it gave their new Sunday Night show Red Widow, which by the way, is not nearly as well-written as Zero Hour.

Was really getting into liking this show. It needed more time. It really was not given a chance. So sad.

So, I really liked this show, little slow at first, but by episode three it was starting to come together nicely it seemed. My only complaint is that I just could not buy Anthony Edwards in the part. Seemed totally miscast to me from the very first episode. Concept is awesome and would have only gotten better. Keep the rest of the cast and recast Edwards part and hopefully someone (HINT at SyFy or Netflix) will pick this up!!

I loved this show and agree that you needed to excercise your brain to keep up but that's the point of a show like this, it makes you think. They cancel quality shows and keep bringing back the Bachelor and the Bachelorette, doesn't say much for the viewing public.

ABC has a bad problem with not giving shows a chance. They put more and more stupid reality shows on and cut shows like Zero Hour, Missing, The River, Flash Forward, V, and many others. I used to strictly watch only ABC shows but have been drawn away from it because they always have these great shows then cancel them. Dancing with the Stars is not what it used to be and a show I faithful watched and voted but this season I refused to watch. Will not be drawn into another show till shows like Zero Hour are given at least a half season of a chance. So for right now I have Grey's, Scandal, Once, Castle, and Revenge. You used to have me 6 days a week now just three. When they cancel or end them. No more ABC for this household. We even watch the news because we had it on that channel. You could at least let another network get the shows that way you can see how many people watch the shows you cancel so easily.
