Just finished watched DVR 'ed Zero Hour from the summer. It was a fascinating, compelling series. As soon as my husband and I finished seeing all episodes, I looked on the internet to see when the new season would be. Very disappointed to find there will be no more seasons.
It's very discouraging to get so invested in interesting stories performed by wonderful actors only to find the program won't continue.
We watch almost everything in recorded form because we have many evening activities. It's difficult to get to all of these recordings until much later, sometimes. The situation with Zero Hour makes me not want to even try out new programs.
But, I am in the sixty to seventy year old demographic, which I guess doesn't couldn't with TPTB.

I agree with the poor marketing assesments I'm reading on here. I never heard of the show until the final episodes were airing and thought it would be worth checking out. Found a gem, but the real question is why I never heard of it for the first 3 months of its existence.

How do you cancel a show after only 3 episodes?? That's not giving the audience a chance.

This show was great and never should have been cancelled. There were so many ways the writers could have taken the show. It is a great shame. To be honest I never heard about the show, I only came about it by accident on ITunes. Even after downloading it, I only decided to watch it when I had nothing else to watch. But once I started watching it I couldn't stop. The studio should have done a much better marketing effort. ABC is responsible for the show being cancelled. It should be given serious consideration to relaunch it.

I have to say that its been a long time that a tv serie get me really interested and zero hour did it. I wondered what kind of polls do abc do to decide cancel the show. They should make Season 2.
