The first season was great. I lost all interest half way through the second season.

You guys do realize that this website just reports what is cancelled and renewed and they have not connection to the actual cancellation of the shows? When you post 'please reconsider' or whatever. It doesn't do anything.

One more thing, We also watch Newsroom and Boardwalk Empire and this is filmed and written beautifully.Magic City is the one great show on Friday night. All the resat is Sunday night in a log jam.

This is great show. The replaced the Sopranos for all of us adults in the South Florida area. I have over 100 friends and colleagues who love this show and talk about it's high quality. WE watch Ray Donovan,Homeland, Dexter but this show is better. HBO or Showtime need to pick this up.I believe Starz not have enough subscriptions to justify keeping this incredible show. Danny Hutton is remarkable as Ben.The Ike Evans character is supurb and this is written perfectly for this era. I am born and raised in Miami and 58 years old. This hit it right on the head. You need to get this thru the Kennedy assination. There are still 3 great years.left for this writing. This is the Carriolon Hotel vs. The Fountanbleau. Wolfies vs. Rascal House. Castro vs. Kennedy. Meyer Lansky vs. Richard Gerstein. Make it happen. This is truly the Magic City.
Respectfully,

The only show I know of that ordered a second season before the pilot was even aired .... of course we must cancel it. Idiots. This was a really good show.

I cannot believe this show is being cancelled. Starz first cancelled Boss and now Magic City. I wonder if it is because there are no gays in the storyline.

Damn it. I knew this was going to happen. With the exception of Spartacus, Starz cancels all of their shows before it reaches season 3. Party Down, Crash, Boss, Gravity, Camelot. Don't be surprised when Da Vinci's demons is cancelled next year.
