NBC has renewed Hannibal for a third season. The Bryan Fuller series, which is concluding Season 2 later this month, has been a modest performer for the network on Friday nights.
It will likely continue to air in the midseason as it has so far, with April and February premieres respectively. Though no details have been announced, another order of 13 episodes appears likely.

Love the show. You have to have a strong personality to watch this. Not for everyone. Thomas Harris or Hannibal is so well played. He should win an Emmy for his performances. What is going to happen to Will Graham or Hugh Dancy. Is he going to miraculously be saved?? Did they say anything for season 3??

Love this show. Very enthusused that they are renewing it and already waiting for the next season to return... even with an episode in this season still unaired. I am worried that there is little source material remaining in spite of the rumorred seven seasons worth of material. I was suprised that the Mason Verger 'event' unfolded so quickly - this story arc was superb and I didn't want it to end so swiftly. Can not wait until it's back.

Thanks for renewing this awesome show! The show is mesmerizing, bizarre, gross, unpredictable and I can't wait to watch another episode! The cast is superb and the show deserves to keep going!!!!

I agree it is one of the best ones out there. The acting is top notch, it has adult material, and the cinimatography is awesome. Thank God a show I really like is staying on the air. Keep it at Friday nights too.

Thank you, NBC, for renewing this incredibly well done show. The writing, directing, cinematography and acting are all top notch. This is the best show on any major broadcast network right now...and maybe ever. The show feels more like a cable series or a theatrical release. Hopefully more upcoming broadcast network programs will follow suit.

Easily one of the best shows currently airing, if not the best. I feel bad for all the people who don't watch it as there's nothing else like it.

This series is AMAZING! Seriously the cinimatography is breath-taking, it's truely one of the most intense, thrilling series I have ever watched. And it's just beautiful to watch too.
