The sci-fi drama will end after one season.
May 9, 2014
NBC has cancelled Believe after one season. The freshman drama premiered in March but failed to attract viewers in its Sunday night time slot.
Nine of the show's 13 episodes have aired thus far, and it appears the remaining four will air as scheduled. The finale is currently scheduled for June 1.

You people @ NBC wouldn't know a great show if it had a billion viewers. When a show lacks sex, profanity, immorality,or killing, you idiots cancel it rather than giving it a new time slot.I can imagine what type trash we have to look forward to in the future from you.

We loved Believe and that is the only show we watch to much trash on TV and you know what is going to happen in those shows . this one we liked a lot. Move the time slot we wanted to see resurrection but liked this one. Why can't they make a TV that take out all the bad Language. Oh wait it would be silent .

Speaking as a Brit, it frustrates me why US stations cancel good "feel good" drama but renew those TV shows with lots of killings, rape and other violence in them.

Nooge is right, this show had tons of potential, but ended up being sugary and lame. The only show that NBC needs to worry about is Hannibal, hands down the best show on network TV (and yet they put it on Friday night the worst time slot there is.)

The current system of assessing shows is archaic and stupid. To succeed shows don't need to be good, just to appeal to the lowest common denominator.

The girl who plays Bo must be 12 because she has grown six inches since the first episode. Imagine how this could have gone once Bo improved her abilities. Her mother stopped a missile. This could have been very fascinating. What got annoying was her inability to follow instructions for the safety of the group. I will miss this one.

Not disappointed by this decision at all. It had a lot of good hype going in, but it was one of the most boring new shows I have seen in a long time. They were trying to remake Touched By an Angel by mixing in some sci-fi elements. I couldn't stand the sugary taste they kept trying to force down our throats.
So long as Hannibal stays on forever, I'm happy with NBC.
