IFC has cancelled The Birthday Boys after two seasons. The sketch comedy series aired a total of 20 episodes during 2013 and 2014. With word of the news, the cast posted a message on the show's Facebook page thanking the fans and the network.

I actually thought season 1 was decent. Had some really funny moments. But season 2 just was not the same. Either the writing took a drastic turn for the worse in season 2 or my sense of humor completely changed between the seasons. I thought season 2 was absolutely abysmal. Well cancelled IFC.
