FX announced today that Tyrant has been renewed for a third season. The sophomore drama has continued to fare well for the network, averaging 2.47 million viewers (Live+7) through its 12-episode second season.
The network has ordered 10 episodes for Season 3 of Tyrant - down from this past season but matching the count of Season 1.
Look for Tyrant to return in 2016.

I'm so happy to see this show renewed, my wife and I enjoy this one. Ashraf Barhom really makes this show worthwhile.
