No Season 2 for the movie-based drama.

CBS has cancelled Limitless after its first season. The news comes a week after the freshman drama was left off the network's 2016-2017 schedule, though at the time executives stated they were exploring moving the series to another network.
Confirmation of Limitless' cancellation came this afternoon from showrunner Craig Sweeny, who took to Twitter with the news:
"I'm truly sad to report that #Limitless will not continue on any platform. Thanks so much to everyone who watched."

Horrible decision to cancel this show! It was a good mixture of comedy and drama that was fun to watch! Please stop cancelling good shows!!!

Why do these networks cancel good shows? The mixture of laughs and drama made it very enjoyable. Bad move CBS.

couldnt get into it, tried, these films to tv series dont work that great what next beverly hills cop the series without eddie murphy or rocky with stallone, want more like banshee and z nation.

i remember that this and minority report debuted around the same time and me going... man.. i really love minority report, but i really HATE limitless... then i saw tons about how everyone was watching limitless and nobody was watching minority report. so this is really surprising. The issue i had with limitless was the main character. he was just unlikable. Every episode I watched.. 4.. i said, this this and this could have been so much better.

Awwww, noooooo....
I agree--this was a quirky, fun show and quite funny. The end of the season got a little serious, but it was still good, one of my favorites from last fall.

Stupid mucky mucks runing the networks. Love to see all of them fired. Shoe is great supid if you can not find a buyer at the price you want give it away. great show to cancel

This doesn't make any sense! Limitless was an awesome show. This is was the only show I would watch on CBS. NOW I really have no reason to watch this network!
