No Season 2 for the movie-based drama.
May 25, 2016
CBS has cancelled Limitless after its first season. The news comes a week after the freshman drama was left off the network's 2016-2017 schedule, though at the time executives stated they were exploring moving the series to another network.
Confirmation of Limitless' cancellation came this afternoon from showrunner Craig Sweeny, who took to Twitter with the news:
"I'm truly sad to report that #Limitless will not continue on any platform. Thanks so much to everyone who watched."

By far one of the most brilliant and best shows ever created on television. Jake McDorman played Brian with perfection. The "Bruntoucables" was awesome television gold.

This was a really good show. It would have had more viewers in season 2 after people watched season 1 on Netflix and realized what they missed.

Short sighted and stupid, this was the "Moonlighting" for the 2000's

Noooooooo !! This was one of the best shows of 2015. Yes it was quirky and not high suspense drama, but very enjoyable and great acting.

Dang it! I think that makes 6 TV Shows that didnt carry over for me. I have to add this to the "Cancel" pile. But one thing that might turn this around....except for that tweet from the showrunner lol....is they could bring it back. Unforgettable was brought back from the dead....Twice! Lol
