No Season 3 for the dark comedy.
June 1, 2018
It is being reported that Bravo has cancelled Imposters after two seasons. The news comes in the final week of the black comedy's sophomore run, making the upcoming episode on June 7 its series finale.
The series premiered early last year with a solid opening run that averaged nearly 1.5 million viewers per episode, with its viewership growing over the course of the season. Unfortunately that momentum was not maintained in Season 2, which premiered to an audience almost half the size of what it was garnering towards the end of Season 1. And unlike the first season, its numbers did not improve.
Imposters follows a beautiful, yet dangerous, con artist named Maddie and the three former targets (and ex-lovers) who team up to track her down in order to exact revenge. Complicating matters is the fact that she is trying to go straight after falling for a new love interest.
With Imposters ending, Bravo has only Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce remaining in its original scripted lineup - and that too is coming to an end after its upcoming fifth season.
