It is being reported that NBC has cancelled Marlon after two seasons. The summer comedy concluded its most-recent run in July, but ratings this time around were noticeably lower than the impressive numbers it put up during its premiere run.

Loosely-based on the life of comedian Marlon Wayans, Marlon follows a loving, yet somewhat immature, father dedicated to co-parenting his two kids with his ex-wife, whose life is considerably more put together than his is. While his larger-than-life personality and ill-advised advice might not always be embraced by his kids, Marlon's love for his family is undeniable as he works to balance his fatherly duties with his Internet fame.
