No Season 2 for the crime drama.

Word is out this evening that Fox has cancelled Deputy after just one season. The sad news comes eight days after the western crime procedural wrapped its 13-episode freshman run, which ended up ranking as one of the network's lowest-rated dramas of the season.
The series starred Stephen Dorff as Bill Hollister, a fifth-generation lawman in Los Angeles, who is thrust into the Sheriff's job after the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department loses its elected Sheriff. While not exactly the job he wanted due to the politics involved, he soon learns that following his instincts to pursue justice at all costs is only skill required to get the job done.

I couldn't even get through the first episode. I knew it would never get picked up again 30 minutes in.

I saw this coming from a mile away. It’s was torture to watch but it lacked the excitement people need. Also it’s not a reality show sooooo it was doomed...

this show was a good one better than the Junk Fox Has had it just stinks I hoped it would replace longmier just a shame maybe netflix will pick up this one

I really enjoyed this show. I stopped watching the final season of Will & Grace to continue with this show. I found it really interesting. I never really thought about LA having a sheriff department. I'm gonna miss this show.

What a shocker! I am so over good shows being cancelled and the only reason they cancel good shows are so they can have more reality shows and I am close to only watching Netflix

I had a feeling this would happen. I can't say I was the least bit surprised. I stopped watching it after the very first episode. Just another attempt at the LEFT WING AGENDA being pushed on the American Public. WHEN WILL TV AND HOLLYWEIRD LEARN THAT PEOPLE ARE GETTING REALLY SICK AND TIRED OF BEING FORCED TO WATCH THE PC AGENDA GETTING SHOVED IN THEIR FACES? As soon as he instructed his people NOT TO COOPERATE WITH ICE I shut it off and never turned it back on and I'll be a lot of people did the exact same thing!

A show actually worth watching. It was one of 3 shows I actually watched. Now I am back down to 2 shows a week. Fox made a mistake in canceling this show.

Damn it!!! I liked Deputy cause it's a bit old school with a rebel-ish new sheriff. Kinda a combo of seal team and swat. I hope deputy goes streaming or cable. USA TNT FX or AMC makes science to me. I'm gonna hesitate to delete deputy from my auto record list
